What happens about proofs?
You will receive one dummy mockup in your new design,
then PDF colour proofs to sign the final artwork off.
How long will it take for my interloopmailer®‘s to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on quantities ordered. Up to 10,000 interloopmailer®’s approx 10 working day, any quantity over this approx 2-3 weeks. Please get in touch so we can confirm a exact turnaround time for you.
What sizes of the interloopmailer® are available?
The sizes we provide of the interloopmailer® are: 120x120mm, 150x150mm, 170x170mm and 210x210mm. If you have a size in mind which is different to any of the above, please do get in touch and we shall do our best to cater your specific requirement.
I would like to provide my own design – how does this work?
We have created a downloadable PDF for you to understand how your design needs to be set up, as there are certain limitations due to the complexity of the mailer. Any queries you may have please contact us and our Production team can discuss this with your further. Follow the ‘Design Instructions’ link on the homepage for more information.
Can you provide Envelopes or Polybags?
Simply email us for a quote with your quantity and size of mailer.
I might need to do a mailer shot – is this a service you can provide?
No problem. If you can provide us with your details of quantities and
size of mailer we shall get back in touch with costs and timescales.
Payment?
At least a 25% deposit of your quote is required upfront to process your order. On large orders the full payment on order would need to be in place. Please call to confirm the amount with us. For instant payment which also helps if you are in need of a quick turnaround, due to tight deadlines – please pay online here. Payment of outstanding balance can either be paid online/by BACS or by cheque written out to Graham Shapiro Design Ltd and sent to Tudor House, 73 Welsh Row, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5EW.
How do I get further quotes?
You can talk through your requirements with our designers over the phone or visit our website at www.interloopmailer.com and fill in the quotation form. Allow 24 hours for the quote to come back.
How do I get a list of prices?

What if I need a bespoke quote?
You can talk through your requirements with us over the phone or send details via the online quotation form. Depending on the quote requested while depend on the timescale to get back to you with costs. We always do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
Delivery charges?
The pricelist you will receive does include one delivery to the UK only. If you are ordering from abroad we will need to know the quantity, size and delivery address for your order to give you a specific additional quote on this.
Ordering from outside the UK?
We do not provide costs in alternate currencies – please refer to an online source such as www.xe.com. The pricelist you will receive will not include delivery outside of the UK. We will need to know the quantity, size and delivery address for your order to give you a specific additional quote on the delivery cost.
What printers do we use?
As the interloopmailer® is a patented product we have an agreement with a specialist printer Whitney Woods – These are the only printers who are licensed to print the interloopmailer..
Licensing of the mailer?
We are open to enquiries regards to the licensing of the product.

The interloopmailer® is a registered design and is patented. What does this mean?
The interloopmailer® is unique and is protected by registered design and a patent. Copying, duplicating or trying to reproduce the interloopmailer, will be in violation of the proprietary rights of Graham Shapiro Design Ltd (GSD®) and is strictly prohibited.
